This scholarship is for high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors,and seniors, and for students currently enrolled in college or graduate school. Home schooled students are also eligible. The top 10 applications will be selected as finalists and asked to write a full length 500 to 1,000 word essay about digital privacy.
