Procedures for Student Observations
at
Lincoln-Way Central High School
· Allow at least one week when requesting an observation time.
· Call Lincoln-Way Central’s Main Office at 815-462-2100 to obtain a
password in order to complete the online Observation Request Form.
· Fill out the online Observation Request Form.
· Please make sure to fill out the form completely including the amount of
observation hours needed, and in what areas of study (i.e. History,
Math, and/or specific areas Civics, Algebra etc.).
Guidelines for Student Observations at
Lincoln-Way Central High School
· A valid picture ID is necessary.
· Please come dressed professionally for all observations.
· Please be respectful of all staff and students during an observation.
· All information regarding student observations must remain confidential.
· Please be punctual on the day of your observation appointment.
· In case of illness, emergency, cancellation, or if you have any
questions please contact Jeana Naujokas-
815-462-2182.
· Please come to the Main Office of Lincoln-Way Central High School on the
day of the observation.
