Lincoln-Way High School District 210 has implemented the Connect Ed mass communication service. This service enables the school district to reach all parents, faculty and staff by phone or e-mail almost instantaneously. The Connect Ed system provides two ways to communicate to our parents: one to use for emergencies only and the other to use as a community outreach service. The emergency system will dial up to six phone numbers and send to a maximum of four e-mail addresses per student. The community outreach dials the primary/phone number. To date we have used this system to notify parents of weather emergencies such as delayed starts due to inclement weather.
