Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year!

Lincoln-Way East was founded upon four pillars of success: Effort, Attitude, Spirit, and Teamwork. Those four pillars have led to educational excellence from the school's inception 11 years ago. Recently East was chosen by Newsweek magazine as One of America's Top High Schools. While being proud of this and other past accomplishments, East will continue to focus on improving student achievement.

East has high expectations for our students in all aspects of their lives. It is our mission to provide experiences and opportunities necessary to maximize the social and academic growth of all our students. Our faculty and staff believe in this mission and strive to fulfill this for our students academically, athletically and through our activities.

Taking advantage of the academic programs and extra-curricular activities that Lincoln-Way East has to offer will help to ensure a successful school year. Parents and students will find that there are many ways to get involved as Griffins.
