There is a $1 charge for each transcript. A request in writing must be made by stopping in and filling out a form or by sending the request (along with the $1) through the mail. Be sure to include your name (maiden name if you are a married woman), date of birth, year of graduation and where you want it sent. If you are coming in person, please call ahead to avoid waiting.

Current seniors need to see their counselors for a senior transcript request form.

If you no longer have your high school diploma and need to show that you graduated, you can request a proof of graduation letter. This can be done at no charge to you, but please call ahead to avoid waiting.
