They came from as far away as Hawaii and Michigan and as close as Joliet, over 75 representatives of four-year colleges, two-year colleges, business colleges, military services, union apprenticeship programs and technical institutes to Lincoln-Way Central on Thursday, March 4 to inform the over 1,500 sophomores and juniors about the next level of education. The Lincoln-Way High School District 210 Board of Education recognized the Class of 2010 valedictorians and salutatorians Thursday night, including the first set of high achieving scholars from Lincoln-Way North High School. [Read]

Lincoln-Way Central High School hosted the 9th annual Talent Knight recently in the Rosenquist Auditorium to a crowd of Lincoln-Way Central students. The event is organized by the school to raise money for scholarships that are given to Lincoln-way Central students. [Read]

The Lincoln-Way Varsity Rhythm Knights have worked hard this season and that work is paying off with the Knights recently placing first in two area competitions, qualifying the squad for state competition. [Read]

Lincoln-Way Central students scored well in a recent SWSC Science competition hosted by Joliet West High school. Fifteen schools from throughout the south suburbs took part in the competition which included fifteen science categories. [Read]

Lincoln-Way Central is presenting “Our Town” for its winter play. The play will run on Friday, February 26, and Saturday, February 27, starting at 7:00 p.m in the fine arts auditorium at Lincoln-Way Central, New Lenox. [Read]
