Lincoln-Way East Special Services to host spring plant sale

On the first three Saturdays in May, Lincoln-Way East students will host their annual spring plant sale. All proceeds from the sale will benefit House of Blooms, which is the Lincoln-Way East Special Services Pre-Vocational Program. The sales will be held from 8:00 a.m. " noon on May 5, May 12, and May 19. The sale will be hosted in the greenhouse on the north side of Lincoln-Way East High School.

On Tuesday, April 17, 2018 Lincoln-Way East hosted the ninth annual Lincoln-Way Breast Cancer/Type 1 Diabetes Awareness Night. All three Lincoln-Way High Schools, along with Homewood-Flossmoor High School, competed in the event. Lincoln-Way Central Best Buddies recognized as an Illinois' Rookie Chapter of the Year

On Saturday, May 5, 2018, the Lincoln-Way Central Best Buddies Chapter was recognized as one of only two Illinois’ Rookie Chapters of the Year. The chapter was recognized during the Friendship Walk, an annual event that allows all Best Buddies chapters in northern Illinois to gather at the Brookfield Zoo.

District 210 students earn over $1.7 million in scholarships

District 210 Scholarship Nights kicked off on Monday, May 7, 2018 at Lincoln-Way Central, followed by Lincoln-Way West on Tuesday, May 8 and wrapped up with Lincoln-Way East on Wednesday, May 9. Between all three schools, 389 graduating seniors were awarded $1,737,995.
