The Lincoln-Way Central Interact Club, with the help of the Lincoln-Way Central Girls Basketball Program, held a Toy Drive for the children at Silver Cross Hospital. These toys will go to the children's wing of Silver Cross Hospital in order to lift their spirits with the struggles that they are dealing with.

"The Lincoln-Way Central Interact Club is a club that gives back to the community. We really wanted to do something special for the kids, as well as whatever we can do to put a smile on their faces during these strenuous times," said Steve Proutsos, the Lincoln-Way Central Interact Club sponsor.

Students Izzy Rotondi, Mike Morgan, Emma Burton, Ian Fuggett, Grace Kadubek, Hannah Miller, Abby Miller, and Kimmie Kocenko all came to show their support and dropped off the toys.

Lincoln-Way Central Interact Club Presidents Emma Burton and Izzy Rotondi said, "We all wanted to make a child's face light up and we really hope it gave them some sort of relief."
