Evening AP US History Exam Reviews Underway
Monday, March 21, 2016

Mr. Chris Olson's AP US History students are invited to weekly, evening review sessions during the months of March and April leading up to the AP exam in May.

"We average around 60 students per session, roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of our registrants for the APUSH Exam," stated Mr. Olson.

The students receive review materials for their attendance at each session, ranging from chapter/thematic reviews, practice MC questions, short answers, long essay and DBQ practice. The content reviews hit upon the major objectives and vocabulary necessary for success on the exam.

"It really is great to see the first-time AP students and test takers buy into the importance of beginning their formal reviews months out from the AP test. They do begin to appreciate the collaborative effort needed to put their best foot forward in May," commented Mr. Olson.

Students who score a 3, 4, or 5 on the AP exam could qualify for college credit, resulting in significant tuition savings for families.
