Lincoln-Way Central to Host Faculty Agility Ball Tournament
Friday, March 13, 2015

Students and staff at Lincoln-Way Central High School will compete in a Faculty Agility Ball tournament on Friday, March 20th at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $3 for students and $4 for adults.

Teams will consist of six people and a double elimination tournament. Each academic department will have a team participating, including Math, English, Pupil Personnel Services, Social Science, Reading and Athletics.

Our students look forward to the opportunity to compete against their teachers and to help raise scholarship money, said Chris Fetherling, Coordinator of Instructional Technology and chair of the event.

Proceeds from the tournament will go to the Mike Davis Scholarship Fund. Scholarships are dedicated for students who want to pursue a career in teaching. The Mike Davis Faculty Game got its start more than 17 years ago as a match-up between teachers over 40 and teachers under 40.
