(3 hours of graduate credit)

One of the newest and most popular PLS courses, Classroom Management emphasizes the key ingredients that make up a successful classroom; the balance of caring and control, strong parent-teacher relationships, planning lessons that emphasize activity and energy, and understanding proactive strategies to avoid major misbehavior issues. Veteran teachers and first-year educators have equally enjoyed and benefited from this course in the past.
