SUMMER, 2008

Creating Teacher Websites

Thursday, August 14, 2008

Two Sessions:

Session 1 - 9:00 to 11:00

Session 2 - 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Lincoln-Way Central Library Computer Lab

Participants in this session will create websites using "TeacherWeb." TeacherWeb allows users to attach to their webpages: electronic versions of materials handed out in class, online quizzes/tests/assignments, links to other useful sites, assignment calendars, and much more - and all can be instantly updated. The workshops will feature a great deal of independent work-time. Participants should come with ideas and (electronic) materials that they wish to incorporate into their websites. Because licenses need to be purchased, those wishing to sign up will need to do so by August 8, 2008.

Sign up with Alice Wicherek, ext. 2126, or email bmiller@lw210.org.
