Lincoln-Way East High School offers 28 sports over three seasons. Most sports offer competition on the freshman, sophomore, junior varsity as well as varsity levels.

The Illinois High School Association maintains a list of all member schools along with their street addresses, phone numbers, maps, and web sites.

Lincoln-Way East is a member of the Southwest Suburban Conference (SWSC).
