Career Planning/Work Permits

The PPS department processes work permits for students. Work permit requirements are as follows:

1. You need a job first.
2. Come in to the PPS Office for a work permit application.
3. Take the form to your employer for a signature.
4. Complete designated sections of the form and sign. Bring the correctly filled out form and a copy of your birth certificate to PPS.
5. The PPS secretary send the application and birth certificate to Dr. Schmitt for signature
6. The PPS secretary will call you down to sign the typed permit. Give yourself approximately two (2) days before you start to work to get all the paperwork completed.
