Kitty Hawk Air Society
Description:
The Kitty Hawk Honor Society (KHHS) program is the official National Honor Society of Air Force JROTC (AFJROTC) and has three primary objectives: (1) Uphold high academic standards, (2) Promote school and/or community service, and (3) Develop leadership skills.
Membership is open to AFJROTC cadets, with the following minimum requirements for a cadet to be invited to join the Honor Society program: be an active second, third, or fourth year cadet in JROTC, be in good standing in JROTC and in their high school, have no significant disciplinary issues within the last academic year, maintain at least an overall 3.0 GPA in high school and 4.0 GPA in JROTC, complete at least 8 hours of community service, and display the desire to further their academic, service and leadership ability.
