Welcome to Lincoln-Way High School District 210! We’re excited to welcome your student. Please follow the steps below to complete the enrollment process. Each step is essential to ensure a smooth and timely registration.

Step 1: Residency Verification (Required First Step)

Before enrollment can begin at any Lincoln-Way High School District 210 school, residency must be verified by the Office of the Superintendent. Enrollment will not proceed until residency is verified.

Who Must Complete Residency Verification?

Families new to the district
Current residents whose student attends a private school
Current residents whose student is homeschooled

Step 2: Submit Enrollment Documents & Requirements

Once residency is verified, the following documents must be collected and submitted before scheduling an enrollment appointment:

Student Personal Data Form – One per student
Student Records Request – Signed form to obtain prior school records.

Central East West

Certified Birth Certificate – County-issued and stamped; if foreign-born, include passport, visa, or resident alien card.
ISBE Student Transfer Form – Required from previous school to verify student is “in good standing”
Immunization Records –
- Freshmen: Health and dental exams required before the first day
- Seniors: Updated immunizations required
- Upperclassmen: Must request physical records from previous school
Proof of School Dental Examination Form
IHSA Principals’ Concurrence Form – Required for interscholastic participation. Contact the athletic director for more information.

Additional Requirements by Grade Level:

Incoming Freshmen

Placement Test – Required; approximately 3 hours. Contact the Registrar to schedule.
Junior High Cumulative and Health Files – Request from the 8th grade school
PSAT 8/9 scores – If not taken, testing will be scheduled
Special Services – Submit current IEP, 504 Plan, or ELL documentation if applicable

Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors

Official Transcript – From previous high school
9th Grade Physical – Must include immunization history
Test Scores – Include any standardized test results
ISBE Student Transfer Form – Required from previous school to verify student is “in good standing”
Special Services – Submit current IEP, 504 Plan, or ELL documentation if applicable

Step 3: Schedule Enrollment Appointment

After all required documents are submitted, the school will contact you to schedule an enrollment appointment. Walk-in appointments are not available.

For summer enrollment, appointments begin after July 4th and are scheduled in the order received. A parent/guardian and the student must be present. Enrollment conferences will not be held without all required documentation.

Step 4: Complete Online Registration and Pay Fees

Lincoln-Way High School District 210 uses Skyward and RevTrak for online registration and fee payment.

Once enrollment documents are processed:

A student Skyward account will be created.
Each parent/guardian will receive the Skyward login credentials to complete online registration and pay fees.
The student’s first day of attendance is typically the next school day after the enrollment appointment.
