Spanish 1 students compete in “los juegos olímpicos españoles” this week in Señora Hamilton’s class. Students solve math problems in Spanish on day two to “rise above” their classmates! #LiveLikeAWarrior

The Class Clash starts tomorrow! Westly has SIX director boards that will be hidden throughout the hallways of LWW. Bring one of the director boards to the Student Activities Office by 3:00 pm on Wednesday in order to earn points for your class.

The Assembly Committee is bringing the West Oscars to the assembly this Thursday! Warriors have the opportunity to vote for staff members in a few categories. Posters are up with the QR code on it in order to vote TODAY during the school day.

Homecoming week is underway at LWW! It’s Olympic Monday & the Math Department is ready for tonight.
Any students participating at Homecoming Olympics tonight should report to the stadium at 5:45 pm. Dress appropriately for the event & the weather.
Congratulations to our Mathletes on a great first competition this past week! They put up strong scores including a freshman group earning a perfect score in one of the rounds of the contest. Good luck this season, Warriors! #CompeteLikeAWarrior
Environmental Action Club met last week and did an activity examining the use of running water. Our EAC students then made a goal to save 15 gallons of water per week per person for the next 4 weeks. #GetInvolved

Student Council’s spirit days will begin tomorrow with Olympic Monday! Student Council will also be selling dance tickets and Homecoming t-shirts starting tomorrow. #LiveLikeAWarrior

Homecoming tickets will go on sale Monday before and after school in the cafeteria. Tickets are $20. If you are bringing an outside guest, you MUST bring the outside guest form with you to buy your tickets.
Outside guest forms for Homecoming are available in SSO and on our Lincoln-Way West website under current resources. Guest forms are due back no later than Wednesday, September 28. You must have an approved form to purchase tickets for an outside guest.

Student Council will be selling a limited number of Homecoming tshirts for $5! Shirts will go on sale this Monday after school in the cafeteria. Any remaining shirts will be sold Tuesday before and after school in the cafeteria.
