Tomorrow is Picture Day for Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors! Students will have their yearbook picture taken by Burns Photography during their Physical Education Class (this includes JROTC, Health and Driver’s Education). An email was sent at the end of last week with more information.

Back to School Night is Wednesday, August 24 at 6:00 pm. The event will begin in the main gym. Parents/guardians should have their student's class schedule in order to follow a shortened version of their student's school day.

We will begin the 2022-2023 school year with a short assembly after 0 hour tomorrow morning. Students should pick up their orange t-shirt outside of the main gym when they arrive to school. After the assembly, students will report to 1st hour. #LiveLikeAWarrior
The West Madrigal Singers completed their annual vocal camp last night with their preview concert. It was a fantastic start to our 14th season after four days of intense a cappella singing!

Dr. Maha Zayed is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Founder of the OCD & Anxiety Center where Dina Scolan serves as the Clinical Director. Dr. Zayed opened The OCD & Anxiety Center in 2016 to provide specialty, evidence-based treatment to kids, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, and anxiety-related disorders. Specifically, they have years of experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Based Therapy in the office and in the community. In addition, they strongly believe in including parents, supportive others, school professionals, and treatment providers in the treatment process.
It was a good day at LWW! Our Welcome Crew spent the day participating in activities, practicing building tours and reviewing information in preparation for Freshman Orientation.
