Miss VandenBerg just surpassed grading her 1100th question number 6 on this year's AP Statistics exam. She was chosen by the College Board to grade exams remotely. With two more days to go she is hoping to hit 1400 and is looking forward to being able to grade on her patio without fear of being deafened by the cicadas which have just disappeared!
Congratulations to this semester's Stock Market Game winners in Ms Hegarty's Econ classes. Juniors Matt Huguelet, Nathan O'Reilly, and Jimmy Mauer were first out of 292 teams in the Northern Illinois area. They gained over $36,000 in just 10 weeks with most of the money gained through Dell stock. Placing 3rd were juniors Caden Harnett, Jasmine Ulit, and Noah Toliver. They gained $28,000 investing in Navidia and Amazon stock.

Class of 2024! Please be at our mandatory graduation practice. Following practice we will have our picnic in the stadium.
Congratulations to Isabella Prado for being chosen as one of the winners in the Warrior's Walk design contest. Isabella's design will be used on this year's event flyer. Event organizers, Ryan Brazel and Scott Meder, were in class today to present Isabella with her award. The Warrior's Walk is an event designed to raise money and awareness about veteran suicide.
Congratulations to the LWE students and staff for being recognized by the Illinois High School Musical Theatre Awards for the recent Phantom of the Opera spring musical.

Personal Finance classes at East had Class of 2012 alum David Latko spoke to them students about investing in 401K and mutual funds.
