Today our students attended a presentation regarding anxiety during their lunch/advisory hours. Our guest speaker is Ms. Stephanie Pruefer, LCPC from the OCD and Anxiety Center in Orland Park. Mrs. Hyland and Ms. Graham’s Criminology classes hosted Mr. Olson's father who served 49 years in law enforcement --Ten of those years as a Senior Crime Scene Analyst for the Illinois State Police. He shared some cases he had worked on and spoke with the students about evidence collection. He also stressed the importance of getting an education and being trained to do something rewarding.
