Cal’s Angels is a pediatric cancer foundation with a mission of granting wishes, raising pediatric cancer awareness, and funding research to help kids fighting cancer. The Westside’s theme for the football game will be GOLDOUT. We have an inventory of gold t-shirts that can be purchased this week during the lunch hours. Be The Change members will have gold shirts available at a table in the cafeteria during all the lunch hours this week. You can purchase a shirt using the QR code for Venmo or Zelle. You’ll need to put Lincoln-Way West in the description and show the payment in order to pick up your shirt at the table.
There are also flyers around the school with an additional QR code if you want to make a donation to Cal’s Angels. We look forward to seeing the stadium Go Gold this Friday in order to foster a greater understanding and support for affected children and their families.
