This past spring, Benjamin Doggett and Ethan Ferrucci achieved something truly extraordinary: they each earned a perfect score of 36 on the ACT!
Their hard work, determination, and academic excellence are inspiring — and we couldn’t be prouder.

Tomorrow is the final day of our 2025 Class Clash! Students should wear their Class Color for tomorrow’s assembly.

Class Presidents have selected representatives from their class to participate in carnival themed competitions in order to determine this year’s winning class.
The bell schedule will remain the same tomorrow for 0 hour - 5th hour. 6th hour classes will attend class during 6A and 7th hour classes will attend class during 6B. If students have a 6th hour lunch/advisory, they will eat during 6A but will not attend their advisory. When the 6B bell rings tomorrow at 1:41 pm, students will be dismissed to the main gym for the assembly. The seating in the bleachers will be the same as the assembly on the first day of school. #BeAWarrior

🎟️ There are six carnival tickets still hidden around LWW! Find and return them to Mrs. Novak (located between the Student Activities Office and cafeteria during lunch) by the end of the day to earn Class Clash points!
🍿 Another way to score points is by donating to the Snack Drive benefitting Guardian Angel Community Services. Bring snacks to the Student Activities Office (B123A) anytime today between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and be sure to hand them to Mrs. Novak to get credit for your class.

Warriors — did you know that September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month? We’re gearing up for a fun and meaningful Carnival Pie Toss Fundraiser to support Cal’s Angels, a nonprofit dedicated to helping pediatric cancer patients and their families. 💛

Mrs. Baya/Mirza, Mr. Wisz, Mr. Mahy and Mrs. McCall’s 5th period Junior English class worked together to analyze chapter 1 of The Great Gatsby. They dug through the text to look at symbolism and find textual evidence for characterization. #BeAWarrior

A big thank you to our School Improvement Team for the time, effort, and thought they put into leading today's AM Session. They shared meaningful insight into the process, development, and planning behind our schoolwide goals for the year. Today’s discussion laid a strong foundation for collective growth as we've begun the new school year.
September is Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month. 💜
To help raise awareness, members of the Bring Change 2 Mind club have tied purple and teal ribbons — symbols of suicide prevention — around the trees in front of the school and posted support resources throughout the hallways.
